GET OUT OF DEBT (and become wealthy) !

1) Make an extra payment each month to pay down the principle on your loans/credit cards; starting with the highest interest rates first.

2) As you finish paying off each debt, add that total monthly payment to pay down the principle of the next debt.

3) Keep paying off each debt and "rolling" the extra payments to pay down the principle of the next debt.

4) Buy at least one investment Real Estate property a year.

5) In less than 10 years you will be 100% debt free,
and own a HUGE real estate portfolio.
