If you care to know.... here is his life's story:
If you’ve spoken with Lenny, then you have probably determined that he is from the North-East…specifically Long Island!
After a few years of college he left there when he was 20 years old to go to a more relaxed life in Wheeling, West Virginia (of all places!)
Lenny eventually started a couple of businesses (a real estate investment & management company and a BODY shop (collision repair). 
Most importantly, Lenny got married, and had two daughters, Sarah and Ella…(the babysitting duo)! 
As Sarah & Ella were about to enter High School, the family decided that they would move to Austin…for a change of business climate (the Dominos Pizza 
AND the McDonalds AND Wheeling’s only movie theater ALL closed down!) 
and to be closer to their family in San Antonio. 
Lenny continued to buy Real Estate, traveling all over the United States learning the secrets of Creative Real Estate and Finance. Lenny formed a corporation, Choice Home Buyers, Inc, and immediately started buying houses in and around Austin. With his finance, marketing and Real Estate expertise, he buys houses from home owners who have/are un-able to sell with a Realtor. Lenny creates transactions that allow him to re-sell the houses to families who would not be able to buy their own home without assistance.
Lenny found that more and more Seller's and Buyer's problems could be solved if they only used a skilled REALTOR®…so he eventually spent more and more of his time working with Buyers and Sellers in the capacity of a licensed REALTOR®.
